WARRANTY INFORMATION
Gate & Fence Warranty
We provide a 5 Year Warranty on our Hot Dipped Galvanized gates, fences and posts. The warranty covers structural failure to the steel. If your TEK Gate product shows structural failure it will be replaced at no cost to you. This 5 Year Warranty is nontransferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
All gates and fences also come with a full 1 Year warranty against manufacturer defects. In the event that you discover a defect, we will provide a replacement.
Gate Automation Warranty
Gate operators and access controls are warranted for the period of time set by the manufacturer, typically 1-7 years. Products must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition. In most cases the advance replacement warranty will be handled by TEK Gates. Please see each product’s manual for specific warranty information.
